Contact details, private property information, and sensitive context are used for routing and follow-up unless they are clearly prepared for public release. The standard is straightforward: useful, civil, local, and safe to read. Criticism is allowed. Harassment, slurs, vulgarity, threats, impersonation, spam, and private information are not.
